Then AI arrived, and something became obvious: the people with the most to gain from it — busy owners doing their own marketing at 10pm — were the least likely to get it. They were being sold jargon, dashboards and subscriptions they'd never open, or told to "learn AI" as if they had spare evenings lying about.

So Karn Media does it differently. We design the system, we build it, we run it. You approve things from your phone and read a plain-English report once a month. That's the whole deal: you get the advantage of AI without having to understand it.

We're local, we answer our own phone, and if we don't think AI is worth your money yet, we'll say so — because around here, reputation is the whole game.
